怎么样电脑hiof(英文邮件怎么开头？Dear不是万能的)

大家在发邮件的时候是不是总用dear来开头，

其实不同场景下邮件的打招呼方式也是不同的，

今天的节目就要来教大家一些地道的邮件礼仪！

01.

Dear

Althoughdearcancomeacrossasstuffy,it'sappropriateforformalemails.Useitwhenyou'readdressingapersoninapositionofrespect(e.g.,DearLieutenantSmith)andinformalbusinessmissivessuchasarésumécoverletter.

用dear作为邮件的开头是没问题的，但是很多人会忘记在后面加人的名字，正确的用法是：

DearAdam,...Dearcustomers,...

大家可能认为“dear”是表现关系亲密的一种打招呼方式，实际上在外国人眼中这个词很stuffy：

Stuffy:一本正经的Tooformal:太正式

所以“dear“适合用在一些比较正式的场合，表示对他人的尊敬：

DearMr.Smith,...（后面可以加姓也可以加名字）

Hi&Hello

Inallbutthemostformalsettings,thisemailgreetingistheclearwinner.It'ssimple,friendly,anddirect.Ifyouwantaslightlymoreformaltone,considerreplacinghiwithhello.

“Hi”没有“Dear”听起来那么正式，适合用在对方和你有一定关系的场合：

HiJenny,...

而“hello”的正式程度介于“Hi”和“Dear”之间，但是还是“hi”更常用一点。

如果给一群人发邮件，我们可以用：

Hieveryone,...（适合工作场合）Heyguys,...（适合朋友之间）

如果一群朋友中没有男生，用"heyguys"就不太合适，可以用"heygirls/ladies"；但如果团体里面有女生也有男生，用"Heyguys"就没问题！

Greetings

如果要给不认识的人发邮件，你可以用：

Greetings,...

但是写求职邮件的话尽量不要用greetings，为了给人留下良好的印象，还是尽量找到对方的名字！

Hithere

TheadvantageofHithereisthatitworkswellifyou’resendingamassemailorusingamailmergefeaturewithcustomizednamefields.

"Hithere"在口语里也非常常用，会让别人觉得你很友善，比较适合用在陌生人之间，比如客服场景：

Nottouse

1.不要用DearSir和DearMadam：

HaveyoueverreadandrespondedtoaletterthatgreetedyouwithDearSirorMadam?We'regoingtogoaheadandguessyouhaven't.Notonlyisthissalutationstiffandformal,itshowsthatyoucouldn'tbebotheredtolookupacontactnameandaddresssomeonespecific.（这种说法非常过时，而且有点冒犯的感觉）

2.不要用Towhomitmayconcern：

ThesamesentimentsthatapplytoDearSirorMadamapplyhere.IfyourletteropenswithToWhomItMayConcern,we'reprobablygoingtoassumeitdoesn'tconcernus.（这种说法过于正式，让人觉得很滑稽）

3.最后给大家发求职邮件一些小建议：

Don'tusethisgreetingwithjobapplicationcoverletters.Makeapointtofindthehiringmanager'sname,evenifthatmeanscallingthecompanyandasking.Ifyoucan'tfindaname,"DearHiringManager:"or"Dear[Company]Team:"willwork.
